To design and review data collection instruments
To analyze and evaluate information gathered
To develop methodologies for data collection on various aspects of Authority operational programme.
To assess the system clients needs
To analyze programme loads and implementation techniques
To find out operational efficiency of the programme using costs and other indications
To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
